Hi!

I've been prescribed Adderall, and I was given Ritalin as a kid. But, I don't necessarily feel like I need it. That is, I don't necessarily feel like it's fixing something. I don't know that I feel the "night and day" thing that other people diagnosed with ADD feel. I feel that my problem may be more about motivation and decision making rather than attention. But perhaps that's related to dealing with ADD my whole life! I don't know. Basically the experience is that a lot in my life, I have found it hard to know what is worth doing, whether I "truly" like something, and what I should be doing. You could call this an "eternal search for a calling." Anyway, so I'm really interested in personal accounts from people who definitely believe they have ADD, and what being on medication (and being off medication) is like for them. Thanks!
