When pedestrians think it's their god given right to walk wherever they please, right out in front of you and then give you a dirty look or yell at you because you nearly missed them, and they are the one that just stepped out in the middle of the street.. and yes i am aware of my surroundings but i'm not aware of ninja master over there sprinting right in front of me out of no where...

And Parents know where your kids are at ...at least hold their hand...one minute they are by your side...the next they are playing with my bumper as i am backing out of a parking space

(and yes i am both a parent and a pedestrian i tend to walk more than drive, and i am most considerate of drivers, because pedestrians DO NOT always have the right of way!)
