I'm taking 300 mg of Effexor XR and 100 mg of Seroquel Xr. One does not cause weight gain the other does. Which one will win?

I don't want to gain weight, but the Seroquel does help me sleep.

BTW 300 mg seems like a lot of Effexor. I just went up from 225 because I was having low days still. I'm not heavy for my height--about 160 I guess.
