How long have you been taking it? Abilify gave me problems sleeping for the first couple of months. Then the insomnia petered out and I starting sleeping normally again. Apparently it is common to have insomnia as a start-up side effect. During those first several weeks I used a tiny amount of seroquel to sleep.
