racee and yellowted: I think it's funny how people over here in the US just walk out into the street, especially in parking lots. Back home in Germany cars don't watch for pedestrians, you act like that there, you get flattened in no time. Also, about blocking the sidewalk (which totally ticks me off when I'm walking with my dog while pushing the stroller with my toddler), back home it's the law that you have to leave enough room for a wheelchair to fit through. You don't leave enough room you get towed. And they don't mess around with that either. I guess some things really are better back home.
