Hey guys! I like to read every forum in this site.
And I wanted to share with you what help me recover from my constant diet-overeating cycle.
I've been on a diet since I was 12 till I became 20, two years ago.
What work for me was to STOP dieting. I promised meself to get out of that. What inspired me was a book called: "When Women Stop Hating Their Bodies". It requieres hard work, imagine deciding to quit dieting and quit thinking about food, weight, body.
It really helped me to realize that my issues where not about my weight, but about "bigger" issues I just covered up with food.
For the past two years I have not counted calories, or restringe food intake, or obsess about my weight. I can't believe I'm finally FREE.
So basically, what I wanna say is that there is hope in recovering.
I'm not thin nor fat. Maybe little bit chubby. Don't have a perfect figure, but I'm happy with it.
Good luck to all. Take good care.
