First let me tell you how sorry I am to hear about what happened. I am an animal lover myself -- I foster and try to help socialize cats and kittens, and a part of my heart with with your babies too.

I wrote this separate because I wanted to make sure you saw it fast and could get an answer to me. I don't know what you might be able to do, but I've been known to find some pretty obscure things on line at times, and I want to do some looking around for other options for you. I can't promise I'll find them, but I will promise to look and try my best.

Just wanted to know what state you are in, and if you are in a county and/or township, which ones.
