Can you make contact with the nurses on the ward where you were in October? Often they are still interested in their patients, and can lend some insight and support for you... call them. They can also help link you up with a new T, since they believe the last one is still helping you. That's part of the hospital's agreement with you, imo.

I'm sorry you are having to wait for the insurance coverage... will it cover previous problems once it does kick into force? You might need to go ahead and find a T to help you now... it may be less expensive in the long run?

Try and do something different on those acute days... go to the library, movies, some place you have to stay safe.. with public around.. and someplace that will help distract your thoughts away from the sadness.
