This afternoon I am going to start the journaling assignment I got. I don't know that it is a one time journaling assignment. Perhaps until I see T I will write based on her different questions.
I am staying away from any kind of bad energy or people that would only complicate my head and put me back into a desparate feeling/situation.
I am TRYING..........that is all I can do at the moment.
Wish the Effexor would kick in quicker!
