Thank you {{{{{everyone}}}}}
I hadn't thought of calling the hospital I was in last year, for either the pdoc or a nurse.
I don't know about previous dx and if it will be covered...we're waiting to see =/ Waiting to see also if a T will be covered, if not then I am back to: licensed people for substance abuse and family for Ts. =(
There is nothing like that Cat, thanks though. Its very small around here, I have to go at least an hour for MH units in hospitals.
I guess I don't really know enough, mental health wise, to know where to go or what to do.
I can't drive, so can't go anywhere in RL when acute days come. No daytime movies and only small grocery stores and a walmart around here anyway to 'go shopping' in lol. I'm stuck at home, as my sister can't leave her baby or our mom alone or together to do anything to help--which I think might be asking too much anyway.
I guess it seems my only recourse is to call the hospital I was in, in Oct, and talk to a nurse or the pdoc who saw me there...or go in to the er when in crisis. (which means calling my husband and him taking time off work for me Again) =/
