hellaw, thanks for your replies, i appreciate it. i am feeling a lot better today but have been having lots of ups and downs lately, its very annoying! i have been feeling lame lots because of my depression, i dont know what exactly triggerrs it off tho. wish i did, then maybe i could preveint it? anyways thanks for replying, hope your having a good year so far, iv had better!
