What’s all the fuss about???
Wow…. It’s tough being the new kid on the block around here, especially if you are wearing spandex…ahh….I mean ‘Body Armor’. Ok it is April Fools Day and I am not afraid to be the fool so here goes. I have met some resistance as to what my intentions are. I realize that my presentation may be over the top but I assure you that behind this façade, there is a person that desires to impact peoples lives in a positive manner. For those of you that have grasped that already, I thank you. I guess with my introduction; I should have included a warning label. Now for those of you, 'lol' that don’t have my e-mail address already, it’s 0h.captain.0bvious@gmail.com please feel free to send all negative or positive comments to me when ever the urge strikes. I maintain a non disclosure rule, if you send me an e-mail I will not mention it or announce it’s sender, in anyway. (confidentiality rule applies except: for mail that far exceeds the PC rules) I have been told that I have my work cut out for me here. The welcome mat goes on the ground in front of the entry way not over a visitors head. I don’t feel it is necessary to justify my position in this post. Nor do I wish feed the fires of dissent. Have a look around at My Bio page and the other posts I have made, and my intentions should crystallize in front of you all.

Now back to our normally scheduled FUN…
Sense the response I have been given is extreme in one aspect or another, I suppose we should have some fun with it. If your are game, play along. Deserters are welcome and encouraged join in the festivities. We’ll call it the Captain Obvious Roast. Here’s how you play. I will attached photos along with this post, for you to use if you wish. Or you may enter the contest by submitting ones of your own. Contest rules are as follows.
Rules:
No swaying off topic. No rules addendum's. (Stick to the rules.) Each poster is allowed one picture submission. Along with your picture you are allowed one sentence below it, as a comment. No big praise paragraphs or run on Flame journals are allowed, if you feel the urge to do this send them to the e-mail address I provided above. Examples that work included; Get lost Captain Obvious, or Thanks Captain Obvious. All posters are allowed one and only one post. You can give thanks as may times as you like in the normal method. Maintain a common sense of courtesy to all forum members by up holding PC house rules when submitting your material. This contest is designed for fun not to create division lines so have fun with it. It is nice to be able to let loose every once in a while, so; ‘hit it‘. I don super hero pants so, I’ll be ok. There will be two winners for the art submissions one opposing and one acknowledging. These photo’s will then be a permanent feature of my Bio page, when a winner is decided. Every participant who answers this post will also have a permanent place in my bio page. Under either The Obvious League or The Nay-Sayers. If you wish to be excluded from this list you are allowed one extra sentence under your post. It should read, "Do not include me in the bio page, please." From this point forward I will not be able to post back to this thread, except to give thanks for participation or to remind people to stick to the rules. Duck Nay-Sayers, because I’m going to thank you as well. Voting on everyone’s favorite art work will start on May 1st. Winners will be announced approximately May 3rd, time permitting. I encourage everyone to play along or at least check in for a laugh or two. If the laughter it is at my expense; so be it, mission complete = ‘made you smile’. My mission statement says if I only touch one person then my time here will be a success. Come on Captain Obvious Fans don’t let me down.
