I do too, I sometimes cause bruising and I once have given myself a blackeye. I don't know what the deal is. But my PDoc is looking into other diagnosis. I apparently exhibited this behavior last month when I was on psych hold. I completely lost it, and don't remember much, but I had to be restrained for a while... They said I was punching myself and violently stomping my feet.
