You said it was healthy, is the only reason you're not eating it on a regular basis because of the cost? Can you make it yourself, or learn how to make it yourself, to cut down on the cost of eating it?
If you have an issue with food, if you eat what you're craving for a few days in a row, your body can get so sick of it and then you might not crave it for a fairly long time.
Do you have any other things you feel addicted to, or is it just this one thing?
In our society we can get addicted to things like salt, fat, and sugar pretty easily. But you said what you like is healthy, so I don't know!
