Sorry you feel so bad today.

I have unexpected 'flare-ups' and find that by looking back a few days later I can see the trigger.
But mostly I can not explain the WHY? Maybe with more practice?

Talking to someone close usually breaks the mood, as well as remembering my 'as needed' anti-anxiety.
