I was on Lamictal for well over five years and I've definitely reached a point where the maximum dose of other medications was no longer effective so I don't see why Lamictal would be different. I think our bodies adjust to them eventually.

I'm always on Remeron, it's my magic bullet although I'm on %150 of the max dose because I've been on it for over ten years. And Lunesta and a benzodiazapene.
