Okay, so I still like my T and all, but today he made me face something terrifying because he's preparing me for when my story is broken wide open and lots of other local people are going to know. It looks like this may happen soon because a key person can't keep their mouth shut.

My T was calm and helpful and safe as always, but it still scared the heck out of me and my words have been gone (mutism's back) since about 10 this morning.

This hurts and I'm scared and I don't want to even think about the trauma in my own head, let alone having our entire little small town know!
