You know something??? If you can do 30 days, you can do a year. Just do it a minute at a time. When you have cravings, eat chocolate -- that replaces the sugar that you're not getting from the booze. Drink lots of liquids -- just not booze. LOL
Go easy on yourself & just keep busy. I KNOW you can do this!! You've already proven it by doing 30 days!!!
