That sounds so hard and scary. I'm really sorry you are having to go through this.

I bet Friday really does seem FAR away. When I was in that place with T...SO raw and needing support, but with days and days between appointments...it helped me to break down the days into little pieces. At this point, I would focus on seeing the person you are seeing tomorrow. That's not as far away, and after you see that person, it's one less day until you see T.
