This whole bipolar thing started because of my rage. My violent reactions. I went to my Dr. and she decided I was depressed and she put me on Zoloft. It worked! I took it for 3 or 4 years and am now on Cymbalta. If i do not take my meds, the rage returns. I get pissed about really little things. Now into this stage of my disease, when I am manic, I get really irritated and snap if stuff doesnt go my way, people dont act how I expect or whatever. People mainly piss me off lol. But yes I can relate to the outbursts. I try to keep a hold on them, I try to pray quickly and breathe and think of something good when I am about to snap at someone for nothing. Ulghh..
