Thank you Cyran0 and sundog ,you guys are AWESOME, as usual. I went for a brisk 30m walk this morning and have been exercising on and off today and had to do some errands, so i walked the distance instead of taking the bus. My anxiety is still there, but not where it was lastnight/this morning, so i guess.. yay... for some progress. I've had to work my RUMP off using so many coping techniques to keep it under control, though. I will definitely be looking forward to bedtime tonight!
