It can be very hard waiting for these appointments when you need them
now.
I know it's not easy but try to be kind to yourself and do some things you normally enjoy even though you don't feel like it...Really simple things...Like watching a film or taking a walk..At least one per day! That way the passing of time will be related to something more positive than just getting through each day...I don't know, I may be talking nonsense but have a go
