Well this particular dish my father has kept on just a weekly time basis. If I ask for it any day other than Friday he says no. This is because it is particularly expensive and I'm certain he is aware I get way too attached to certain foods. For this one in particular I'd forget when I had it last, even if it was only two days before, and will need and beg for us to go out and get another.

As for making it myself, we ARE in the process of doing it, however it is slightly more complicated than anything else I've ever made so I haven't gotten around to doing that yet.
