Well, as some of you read-i just came back from the hospital.
They had recommended DBT therapy for me actually. I tried it in the past at this certain behavioral health clinic but it wasnt the 'right' person to be working with i guess. I want to try it again, well, the therapists and doctors want me too. So i dont have to end up going to residential. Well, does anybody know anything on DBT therapy?? Like, could anyone give me info on it, what its about, who its for, what you do..i know theres homework and stuff like that invovled, but thats all i know. i would like to know more. If anybody can help me on this one, that would be awesome.
