What I would say is....Just see how he is doing on the Seroquel. Sometimes from responses to the treatment you can get a better idea of what the problem is - it is really hard to communicate even what exactly are the symptoms you're having, or at least I find it hard, so I keep quiet, until somehow I see what's happening for what it is and I say it.
