T tomorrow...it will be tough (the whole miserable story is in survivors of abuse) I'm scared....anyone who is up to it, bring lots of tissues and be ready for fight or flight to kick in. Will be triggering so make sure to bring shields and ear plugs. lord help me, I don't know if I can do this......
