Thanks for the responses.

Sunrise, I really hear what you're saying. I do want to have some closure and provide some feedback. I don't want regrets. Also, part of me wants to keep the door a crack open in case I don't find another T who is more helpful. I dunno.

I'll just tell her where I am and why I don't feel like this is meeting my needs right now. Her style might be perfect for some other client, but not for me. She is really a good, compassionate T.

Sometimes I worry that my history is so unusual and unique that very few Ts will know what to do with me. I've had two Ts now who have not dealt with my specific kind of abuse history before.
