How are you doing today?

This quote from earlier: "My T says that at my age (50+) I should now enjoy life without the worries of "pleasing others or having to prove myself". How to get that across to the insiders that feel so worthless and that they have lost everything... " very much resonates with me.

I'm 48, disabled and not working, I tend to be down on myself and critical. I'm slowly working on turning my focus to the fact that I am worthy and that I get to have fun. I have a chorus of inner voices that say I'm not good enough.
