You try and stay away from unsafe people for one. Watch for red flags. ..and you stay away from drama, in your life and someone elses..... Not a good time for anyone to dump on you either. You have to stand strong, and you don't need anyone elses problems. I am sorry you are feeling so vulnerable. As they say, "this too, shall pass."
