The first concern is YOU. Can you call a crisis number in your area? I'm sure there is one in your phone book ~ it might be listed under your county services under mental health. Give them a call.
Dearheart, I know you are heartbroken right now ~ you have to grieve just as if someone had died. This is a loss of a relationship so you need to grieve this loss, and it will take time to heal ~ but you WILL HEAL. Please put the thoughts of suicide out of your head -- that would be a permanent solution to a TEMPORARY problem. You will find someone again, who DESERVES you. This guy didn't know that he had a diamond ~ he is the one who really lost out.
Be kind to yourself, be patient. You will heal from this. Each day will be easier than the day before -- it might not seem like it but it will be. And keep posting -- we'll listen.
