Is there anything you can think of to do to slow it down. Even if that's a calming tea, deep breathing. A walk maybe.
Hey I'm not at all saying this is simple - cuz it ain't!
Please remember when we hurt ourselfs we do both - create anxiety And hurt ourselfs More. Which leads to more depression.
