It is nice to know I am cared about.
Problem is, I have a difficult time remembering this.
I just start out good and then by mid day realize I am so worthless.
I talked w/ my T today about how it feels so uneasy when I start feeling good and I do stupid things to ruin in.
She said I have to stop sabotaging the good feelings...
Not as easy for me as it sounds!
