On my way to pick my kids up from school. Start to panic. Breathing slowly, trying to concentrate on that while driving. Start getting dizzy. Had to pull over once I picked up the 2 eldest. Then on my way again to get my youngest. Finally made it to my youngest daughters school. Had to pull over again. Now I am parked on the side of the road. Sitting on my ph. Typing on here. Just want get home, but to scared to drive
