Still I believe that he crossed that line with you. There is a reason why T, social worker and the other stuff you've mention are done by separate ppl. It just doesn't work. It seems strange though that the company he works in allow this to happened.
I would ask for a new T if I were you. Have PTSD (CSA) and have a male T too.
And him showing "special" interest in me? That would be it.
