i hear you!!! hugs!!!! thats what i just got through saying about 3 hours ago. here it comes! jumped in the shower, took 3x my medication, prayed on my knees for help, confided in a very helpful relative on the phone. i thought i was going to go nuts again. but through all this thank God here it came again and then there it left again. just thinking i would love to get to the point when they come i can truly say, well, what in the heck, go ahead come on panic attack, I DON'T CARE!!!!. i bet that would help to have that mindset and lack of fear. idk, God bless you and God always protect you and heal you soon of this affliction.
