Have you ever told your T that she is moving through the coping strategies to quicky and you'd like to spend more time practicing a skill? Either that or find a therapist that fits your personality style more?
I would talk to the pdoc, you may need an adjustment in your medicine.
Something that seems to help my mood is to have a small "feel good" journal where I record things that I'm happy I managed to accomplish. May not fix the problem, and may still feel bad, but it reminds me that I have accomplished something today. If you have enough energy you should try to work out, too. Working out is an acute stress that releases hormones and junk that has a direct effect on the mood. I hope you get better Sunshine!
