I am often very anxious early in the day. Which makes me tired. Which means I drink coffee. Which makes me wired and not able to relax and in a sense more anxious. But no coffee and I'm just tired, and relaxing is kind of a pipe dream anyway.
Should I just give up coffee in the morning? I don't really drink that much, I just have this 16 ounce thermos which I don't even usually finish. but I dunno.
