Ok, now this is a question for the ages.

I am a HUGE coffee fan and admitted addict. I like coffee in that obsessive way where I buy and grind my own beans, I have favorite roasts, and I've spent years perfecting the ideal shot of espresso. So you get how much I love coffee? Good, so you'll understand my pain when I say I've had to cut waaaaay back and it has made a difference for my anxiety.

What I ended up doing was experimenting day by day. How do I feel if I cut myself off at x number of ounces? What happens if I just do coffee and make espresso an occasional treat? That kind of thing. I now have a much better idea of how coffee effects me and what I can handle without aggravating my anxiety.

I hope this helps.
