I too am glad the med is helping.
But you bring up an interesting question. For those of us who experience a lot of free floating anxiety, what is the cause and how do you deal aside from pills? I find it interesting because my therapist and I were talking about that today and he had an interesting theory in my case.
For the first 20 years of my life there was a lot of abusive stuff going on and he thinks my body/subconscious learned to have anxious be my "normal". If that's the case he says there are things we can work on to change my "normal".
Anyway, thought I'd share that tidbit since it fit your question so perfectly.
