Hi myam (hope it's ok that I shortened your name) and welcome to the forums! It sounds like the drugs and alcohol are loosing their ability to work anymore. I want you to know that you can stop, even if you don't believe that. A close friend of mine is 23 and he's been sober for 7 years. Another friend is 19 and sober for 5 years. I'm 27 and coming up on 9 months. You don't have to be as old as me before you stop, you can stop right now, and never ever take another drink or a drug.
