I don't know your age...but am assuming you are an adult at this point (how else would you know you have asperger's without her knowing, ie.)
What part of having any of these issues do you take responsibility for??? Ok, I mean, you sound as though you feel it's your fault for suffering...and truly this is just the way things are for you, no fault no blame. If your mom tends to have to have a cause, to exact blame, then I could see your reticence. However, you say she seems pretty easy going... so where does your fear of sharing lie?  She may have support that you need in this.
