Another thing, is that you don't have to answer super quickly. It's ok to pause, think, take a breath, then answer the question. Sometimes silence makes people uncomfortable, but I'd always rather have somebody think about their answer for a minute than just blurt something out.

You might want to take some time and write down the answers to the questions you have the most trouble with - it will help you remember them better.
