I know this is a late reply, and I don't have schizoaffective disorder (I'm Bipolar), but I think writing a book would be a fantastic idea. There are so few people who know about this disorder. Whenever I've mentioned it to people I know, they either say "What's that?" or "Isn't that just schizophrenia?" Not enough people know about this illness. If you wrote a book about this, I'd read it.
