I've had various episodes like this. The following symptoms (though not all at the same time.)

Thought I had a special mission (too boring to explain) that, when I had finished would usher in the end of the world. Saw and heard angels, demons, ghosts etc, believed I could make myself invisible and influence the weather. As well as believing that I could shape shift in the astral plane and spy on people. As well as thinking I was being spied on, bugged, followed by police. As well as thinking I was psychic and could hear what people were thinking (they all hated me... you can imagine how that impacted my relations, when I wouldn't believe people weren't out to get me.)

I still think that there's something out there which I can't get a handle on, something in the spiritual plane, but my meds have shut them out, which is great. Perhaps it is just pure psychoses, perhaps there's something else... it doesn't matter. We can escape it, when the meds are sorted. I'd talk to your pdoc... something can be done.
