I had this sudden sharp pain in the area where your ovaries are and where you would normally get cramps. I thought it was just cramps but then I went to get up out of a chair and my breath was taken away because I had this absolutely horrible tugging feeling down there like someone was trying to pull my insides out. It hurt SO bad. When I didnt have that tugging pain, I had a lingering ache in the area. I called the nurse advice line 2 hours later when I still had the pain. They told me to go to the hospital but I didnt. I couldnt move it hurt so much. I layed on my side and stayed still. I had already taken risperdal so it knocked me out. When I woke up the next morning the shrap pain had gone away and I just felt kinda sore but ok. I was at the Dr for something else the other day and asked her about it (shes actually a nurse practioner) and she said it probably was a cyst that ruptured that was there because I was ovulating and that it would probably happen again.

I am due to go to the gyno anyway so I made an appt and I am going to ask them. Do you think its stupid to ask them too since she already told me that?
