Richard was maybe 40 yrs old. He worked two low paying jobs and was trying to take care of his mom who has severe Alzheimers. I told him three days in the past five days that if he did not seek immediate medical care he was going to die. He didn't listen....

He died of cardiac arrest just after 6:00 p.m. We are all in shock. I knew it was going to happen and I'm still in shock.

Please take care of yourselves. We don't need to lose another friend.
