I too have PTSD, but do not suffer with depression. For me it's severe anxiety. Have you seen a doctor to see if there is anything they can do to help you? If you are into the all natural, Vitamin D and B are really good for the moods. Vitamin D because of it being winter and the sun is partially where we get our D. Sorry, I'm rambling
Have you recently had a child? Horomones are a big culprit for how women feel too. Have you been seeing a therapist? Sounds like you may need someone to help guide you in your recovering journey.
I wish you the best. I had P.P.D. and remember it being the worst feeling. Nothing I told myself seemed to pull me out of it. It did take a doctor to prescribe Effexor and that worked rather quickly. But ultimately, a therapist was the one that helped me sort thru the pieces of skeleton that were in my closet. I still deal with anxiety, but I take it one day at a time. Good Luck!
