Thank you all! I wrote my friend a letter the other day and left it in her room. I was at my Mums that night so I could give her time to read it and think about what I put in the letter. When I returned home yesterday evening she thanked me for the letter and things were a little better, the atmosphere was better but its still not right yet so I think I'll give her time and see what happens.
