Yes however, the term is not one used IRL... "PDoc" is a term used online and not at every mental health site either...just so you know 
A psychiatrist has an MD degree with specialty in the mental health field. Some of them also provide psychotherapy.
A "T" (therapist) refers to the person who helps you with psychotherapy (talk) and runs the gambit of a licensed PhD, PsyD (psychologist) SW (social worker) or counselor and everything in between. It could also refer to your pastor who is counseling you.
