People like that really annoy me. I have a "friend" who is declaring bankruptcy because she can't pay all the credit card debt she has accrued, she CONSTANTLY complains that the credit card companies keep calling her (she ducks their calls) "Don't they know I don't have any money? Stop calling!!" I always used to tell her they are calling because you took money from them and aren't paying it back, basically you stole money from them!

Thing is, this has been going on for years, and in the meantime she is always taking trips to california, las vegas, texas (from new york) for sci-fi conventions, to "stalk" favorite celebrities, etc. She does doesn't "get" that if she has the money for these activities, she should have the money to pay back the credit companies, even if it means giving up some of those activities.

Many people just think they are "entitled".
